Ok, so maybe taking 5 accelerated summer courses while working 2 jobs was not the smartest idea. The long nights, the work that never seems to be done, and the idea of having no days off has been such a delight!
Hahaha, I would not suggest it to my worst enemies! It’s been a great learning experience though, that I will admit. Luckily, Penn State seems to have their systems down to a science! Because my 5 classes that are split between 4 different campuses have yet to have 2 tests within the same day, let alone the same week! Finals included!
Would I do it again? I’d say yes, even though I’m sure my parents would start shouting in the background NOOOOOOO!!!!!!!
Given the great professors, and the wonderful help that surrounds me, I am passing all my classes, and even though I am overwhelmed, I am not giving up.
Thank you everybody who has been so loving to help me!
What are your stories? Have you experienced worse? Would you ever do what I did?

I understand your frustration! I am currently working two full time jobs and taking classes. It is a lot harder than one would think and I give a lot of credit to the people who do it year round. I feel like I haven’t been able to keep a straight thought in my head or remember anything from the exhaustion and everything I have to do! Good luck with all of your school work and your jobs! I always tell myself; work hard now so I don’t have to later. You got this girl!
I feel you,I’m in the same boat!
Thanks for sharing what I’m sure a lot of us are thinking. It’s always nice to know your classmates are freaking out just as much as you. Best of luck, Kelly!
